Surah Al Hijr 89 - 99

89. And say: Lo! I, even I, am a plain warner, 

xplaination:
Indeed, science is only for ALLAH conveyed and explained, we are not liable to change someone for the better.

90. Such as We send down for those who make division, 

xplaination:
Real warning is that we stay away from classes orang2 divide the Book of Allah,
  that is, people who receive a portion of the book and reject the other partly.

91. Those who break the Qur'an into parts.

xplanation :

The lot before the Qur'an down, divide their book. Sifting through, Which one would they trust and which they deny.
Human groups who divided their books will receive a punishment that is what ALLAH.
But we should not force them to not do that.
We can only warn them.
The rest let ALLAH who will process them.

92. Them, by thy Lord, We shall question, every one,

93. Of what they used to do.

94. So proclaim that which thou art commanded, and withdraw from the idolaters.

95. Lo ! We are sufficent for thee against the scoffers,

96. Who set some other god along with Allah. But they will come to know.

97. Well know We that thy bosom is times oppressed by what they say,

xplaination 92 - 97:

every human will be asked ALLAH, what they've done.
Our task, conveying to them the light, which is good which is bad.
we have to Steer clear of a two-timing man group GOD.
Human groups are considered, there are other gods besides ALLAH,

they are more concerned with things other than ALLAH.
and ALLAH knows our chest tightness due to anything they say to us, and everything we tell them.

98. But hymn the praise of thy Lord, and be of those who make prostration (unto Him)

99. And serve thy Lord till the Inevitable cometh unto thee.

xplanation 98 - 99

There is only one way that we do not feel chest tightness.
ALLAH is with praise and prostrate (pray).
and we worship ALLAH until death arrives.
